Cafe Fresco, whose foundations were laid by two cousins in 2022, started its operations with its first branch in Kemeraltı Bazaar, the historical symbol of Izmir, on February 15, 2024, after its founders completed all the training provided by SCAE (Speciality Coffee Association of Europe). Cafe Fresco, which means "Fresh Coffee" in Spanish, continues its activities in line with its mission of offering quality fresh coffee to its consumers in the most accurate way.
Cafe Fresco has an understanding that facilitates the accessibility of quality coffee and supports sustainable coffee supply along with the new generation coffee trend. In order for its consumers to get the maximum pleasure from coffee, it manages all stages of roasting, grinding, brewing and presentation, starting from the supply chain.
